Betterect has a comprehensive quality management system, with a dedicated and highly experienced quality control and assurance team who ensure that your goods are fabricated in accordance with the highest levels of quality and according to your specifications.
We have extensive experience with working with ASME Codes, SABS Standards and ISO 9001 Standards, etc.
Material Certification: Material inspections form an integral part of Betterect’s quality control system. Its purpose is to check that the requirements of the specification are being complied with and to provide a report with proper records to the client.
QCP: We use quality control plans (QCP) as approved by our Clients to ensure that where necessary, inspections, sign-offs and the like take place.
NDT: Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a testing and analysis technique used by the steel industry to evaluate the properties of a material, component, structure or system for characteristic differences or welding defects and discontinuities without causing damage to the original part. NDT also known as non-destructive examination (NDE), non-destructive inspection (NDI) and non-destructive evaluation (NDE). We have extensive experience with all forms of NDT (e.g. dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing, hardness testing, etc.) and working with various approved inspection authorities.
